At the Women’s Business Center at JEDI, we believe it’s important for you to meet the passionate team behind our success.

Our organization is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and small business in the Far Rural North of California, both online and in person. We know that business is about the relationships that are formed, and carry this mindset with us in every interaction with our clients. It's not about business per say, but people. Our relationships with our clients are based on trust, expertise, and a shared commitment to success of the individual and community. Understanding individuals helps us to further that success, and therefore we hope that this post will further strengthen the bond between our organization and our community.

Each team member is unique in their skills and experiences, which we believe contributes to the strengthen that we have as an organizations. Nancy Swift - JEDI Executive Director

As a founder of JEDI, Nancy is profoundly committed to developing prosperity for all. With her extensive experience as a former small business owner, she spearheads the management of our team, program development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our organization remains responsive to community needs.

Marian Doub- Director of Knowledge Management

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Marian facilitates the design and optimization of data systems to monitor and improve program results. She finds inspiration in the extraordinary entrepreneurs who make economic justice and opportunity a reality, both locally and nationwide.

Victoria Rodriguez- WBC Program Director

Victoria brings a wealth of experience in project management and technology implementation to her role as Program Director. Her dedication to community growth and economic prosperity, rooted in her proud Latina heritage, drives her passion for empowering small businesses as the backbone of our communities.

Colleen Shelly - Administrative Assistant

Colleen’s dedication shines through as she provides invaluable support to our team, assisting with office-related tasks and project coordination. She cherishes the diversity of entrepreneurs and business owners who seek professional development at the WBC.
